新时期新疆土地整治创新发展的探索

The exploration of innovation development of land consolidation of Xinjiang in the new era

土地整治是改善农业生产条件、提高农民生活水平、促进美丽乡村建设、助力乡村振兴战略落实、助推精准扶贫脱贫的重要措施。当前,随着新疆吾尔自治区土地整治工作的不断深入推进,一些问题也日益显现出来,特别是随着时代的进步,社会不断发展,新时期土地整治被赋予了新的使命,土地整治目标内涵也发生了深刻的变化。本文通过近年土地整治综合成效评估实践,总结分析了近年来新疆吾尔自治区土地整治工作的主要做法与成效,分析了土地整治实践过程中存在的问题,并结合新时期土地整治发展形势提出了相应的意见和建议。

Land consolidation is an important measure to improve the conditions of agricultural production,improve the living standard of peasant,promote the construction of beautiful countryside,promote the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,boost the precision and poverty alleviation.With the development of the land consolidation work in Xinjiang,some problems are becoming increasingly.The land consolidation in the new era has been given a new mission,and the intension of the target of land consolidation has also changed deeply.This paper analyzes the main practice and effectiveness of land consolidation work in Xinjiang in recent years,finds the problems in the process of land consolidation,and give some suggestions in combination with the development situation of land regulation in the new era.
