美国地质调查局国际合作的演变历程及启示 被引量:2

The historic evolution and inspiration of the international cooperation of the United States Geological Survey

摘要 美国地质调查局是世界公认的顶级地质调查局,国际合作在推动其成为一流地质调查机构方面发挥了重要作用。2016年底以来,中国地质调查局提出建设世界一流的新型地质调查局的战略目标,国际合作是实现该目标的重要内容。本文尝试分析美国地质调查局国际合作的演变历程及特征,结合工作实际,提出中国地质调查局加强国际合作的有关建议,对中国地质调查局国际合作的核心理念、基本出发点、对外策略等进行了思考,进一步完善了地质调查国际合作理论研究,为建设世界一流的新型地质调查局提供了理论支撑。 The United States Geological Survey(USGS)is the worldwide recognized top geological survey.International cooperation is playing an important role in building it into a world-class geological survey.In later 2016,China Geological Survey puts forward a new type of world-class geological survey as its strategic target,and international cooperation is an important factor helping realizing this strategy.This paper attempts to make analysis on USGS's historical evolution and features of international cooperation and based on actual working experience,come up with several suggestions to enhance international cooperation of China Geological Survey.The paper conducts research on core values,basic starting point and overseas strategy of international cooperation of China Geological Survey,improves the theory study and provides support for constructing new type of world-class geological survey.
