摘要
瓮福磷矿大塘矿段采空区充填和二步骤矿柱回采作业过程中,存在充填方量难以统计,爆破边界难以确定等问题,使用北京矿冶研究总院研发的矿用三维激光扫描仪对采空区进行了形态扫描和后续数据处理分析,结果表明,矿用三维激光扫描仪能够高效准确地完成采空区充填方量计算、设计图纸复核等应用,且能为二步骤回采的爆破控制优化等应用提供准确的参考依据。
In the process of backfilling and second-step pillar recovery of Datang mining area in Wengfu phosphorite mine,there are problems such as difficult to calculate the amount of the filling side,blasting boundary is difficult to determine,etc.Use the 3D laser scanner developed by Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy to scan the morphology of mined goaf,subsequent data processing and analysis,the results showed that the 3D laser scanner capable of efficiently and accurately complete the calculation of filling quantity,review design drawings and other applications,the results could also provide an accurate reference for the applications such as blasting control and optimization in second-step pillar recovery.
