神东布尔台煤矿综放开采设计与应用实践 被引量:3

摘要 布尔台煤矿42102-1大采高综采面开采期间存在矿压显现剧烈、顶板管理困难、采空区自然发火管理困难等问题。根据42103工作面煤层地质、技术条件,对42103工作面采用综放开采工艺可行性进行论证,提出42103工作面采用综放开采工艺可行。从工作面回采率、煤炭资源损失、搬家倒面费用、顶板维护费用四方面对42102-1综采工作面与42103综放工作面经济效益进行对比分析,42103综放开采应用效果良好,对于厚度变化较大和顶板控制难度大的厚煤层,若煤层放冒性较好,可优先考虑采用综放回采工艺。 During the mining of 4^2 102-1 fully-mechanized high cutting mining face in Buertai coal mine,there were some problems,such as intense manifestations of mine pressure,difficulty in roof management and in managing spontaneous combustion in goaf areas,and so on.According to the coal seam geology and technical conditions of mining face 4^2 103,it is demonstrated that the feasibility of fully-mechanized caving mining technology for 4^2 103,and proposed that it is feasible for adopting this technology for 4^2 103.In addition,the economic benefits of 4^2 102-1 and 42103 were compared from four aspects:the recovery rate of mining face,the loss of coal resource,the expenses of moving face and the cost of roof maintenance.If the coal seams have a good risk of flaking,thick coal seams with large variations in thickness and difficulty in control of their top plate may be preferred for the fully-mechanized caving mining technology.
