摘要
大红山铁矿西上采区部分施工单位施工的采切巷道成型质量较差,顶板、边帮不平整,影响巷道稳定性,无论从安全管理上还是经济效益上均没有达到预期目标。因此我们对相应队组的掘进凿岩参数和装药结构进行了参数优化试验,最终改善了爆破效果,提高巷道成型质量,降低了炸药单耗,取得良好效果。
The forming quality of mining and cutting roadways constructed by some construction units in the west upper mining area of dahongshan iron mine is poor.The roof and side walls are uneven,influence roadway stability.No matter in terms of safety management or economic benefits,it failed to achieve the expected goal.Therefore,we have carried out parameter optimization tests on the tunneling drilling parameters and charging structure of the corresponding team groups.Finally,the blasting effect is improved,improving the forming quality of roadway,reducing the explosive unit consumption and achieving good results.
