摘要 大红山铁矿I号铜矿带深部采用点柱式上向分层充填法进行回采,回采过程中因地质条件发生变化,不良地质体增多,加之回采时爆破震动对围岩影响较大,导致围岩稳定性降低,冒顶片帮时有发生,安全管理难度过高。为减少冒顶片帮事故,降低作业风险,保障安全生产,结合Ⅰ号铜矿带深部现采矿方法,对相关工艺参数进行了优化调整,有效提高了该采矿方法的安全性、可靠性。 The deep part of the copper ore belt of the Dahongshan iron mine No.I is recycled by point column vertical stratification.During the recovery process,due to changes in geological conditions,the number of undesirable geological bodies has increased.In addition,the blasting vibration has a greater impact on the surrounding rocks during recovery,resulting in a reduction in the stability of the surrounding rocks,and the capping film has occurred from time to time.Safety management is too difficult.In order to reduce the accident,reduce the risk of operation and ensure the safety of production,combined with the current mining method in the deep part of the Ⅰ copper belt,the relevant process parameters were optimized and adjusted,and the safety and reliability of the mining method were effectively improved.
