摘要 原装的Φ4.8×7.0m溢流型球磨机给矿小车滚轮内无轴承,当矿浆进入滚轮后导致滚轮卡死,其牵引阻力较大,移动小车时通过人工强行拉动。本文通过给矿小车滚轮内加装轴承和安装电液推杆,解决了给矿小车进出难度大的问题,缩短了检修时间、减轻了作业难度和提高了球磨机作业率,并对主轴的结构进行结构设计和强度校核;轴承选型和额定寿命计算;滚轮组其余零件结构设计,并画出主要零件的二维工程图和装配工程图。 Original Φ4.8× 7.0 moverflow ball mill feed trolley roller has no bearing,when the pulp enters the roller,it causes the roller to jam.Its traction resistance is larger,when moving the car,it is pulled by force.In this paper,by adding bearings and installing electro-hydraulic push rods in the roller of the ore feeding trolley,the problems that the feeding trolley are difficult to enter and exit is solved,shortens the maintenance time,lightens the operation difficulty and improves the operation rate of the ball mill,and carries on the structural design and strength check to the spindle structure,bears type selection and rates life calculation,structural design of other parts of roller set,and draws two-dimensional engineering drawings and assembly engineering drawings of main parts.
