摘要
分别使用Baldwin-Lomax(BL)、Spalart-Allmaras(SA)和k-ε湍流模型对离心风机进行了数值模拟,并将数值计算结果与试验数据进行了对比。结果表明:三种湍流模型都能预测离心风机总性能的变化趋势。从具体数值来看,使用k-ε模型模拟得到的总性能计算数值与试验数据更为接近;从流动细节特征来看,使用k-ε模型模拟得到的结果也比其他两种模型模拟得到的结果更符合流动规律。因此,在上述三种模型中,k-ε模型最适合应用于离心风机的数值模拟,因此将在后续工作中主要使用k-ε模型。
BL, SA and k-ε turbulent models are applied to numerically simulate a centrifugal blower respectively. The numerical results are compared with the test data. The results show that all the three turbulent models can predict the variation trend of the centrifugal blower's general performance. From the aspect of specific value, the results obtained by using the k-ε model are closer to the test data than the other two models. From the aspects of the detailed characteristics of the flow, the simulation results obtained using the k-ε model are also more authentic than the results obtained using the other two models. Therefore, among the above three models, k-ε model is most suitable for the numerical simulation of the centrifugal blower, so the k-ε model will be mainly used in the subsequent work.
