一种船用旋流反应脱硫塔设计的数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 脱硫塔是船用烟气脱硫系统中的关键设备,传统的喷淋脱硫塔存在着体积大、能耗大、难以安装等缺点。提出一种利用旋风分离器原理的新型脱硫塔,并利用FLUENT软件,采用雷诺应力模型(RSM)和组分传输模型对塔内的强旋流场和化学反应进行三维数值模拟,基于模拟结果可以观察旋流脱硫塔内的流场分布以及反应物质的浓度分布,从而反应了旋流脱硫塔的脱硫效果,为旋流脱硫塔的设计和可行性提供了理论指导。 The desulphurization tower is the key equipment in marine flue gas desulphurization system. The traditional desulphurization tower has the disadvantages of large volume, large energy consumption, and difficult installation. A new type of desulfurization tower based on the principle of cyclone separator is proposed, and using FLUENT software, the Reno stress model(RSM) and component transmission model are used to simulate the strong rotation flow field and chemical reaction in the tower. Based on the simulation results, the distribution of the flow field and the concentration distribution of the reaction material in the cyclone desulfurization tower can be observed, which reflects the desulfurization effect of the cyclone desulfurization tower, and provides theoretical guidance for the design and feasibility of the cyclone desulfurization tower.
