某NGW型减速器行星轮支撑轴承承载能力扩容设计

摘要 针对某NGW型减速器行星轮支撑轴承在传递功率扩容后比压偏大的问题,通过调整该支撑轴承的结构尺寸,有效降低了该轴承比压。同时借助轴承分析软件以及有限元分析软件,对该轴承的油膜压力及厚度分布的合理性进行了复核计算。最后通过实物运行试验,验证了该行星轮支撑轴承功率扩容设计的合理性,为该类行星轮支撑结构的设计提供一定的参考。 For the problem of higher specific pressure of a NGW-type reducer's planetary gear supporting bearing after the transmitted power extending, the specific pressure is effectively reduced by adjusting the structural dimensions of the supporting bearing. The pressure distribution and the film thickness of the bearings are recalculated using the bearing analysis software and finite element analysis software. The reasonability of the planetary gear supporting bearing is verified through real operation tests, which can provide a certain reference for the design of similar planetary gear supporting structure.
