怀旧疗法对老年阿尔茨海默病病人认知功能的影响

Influence of reminiscence therapy on cognitive function of senile patients with Alzheimer's disease

[目的]探讨怀旧疗法对老年阿尔茨海默病(AD)病人认知功能的影响。[方法]选取2016年1月—12月在我院住院治疗的老年AD病人74例,随机分为两组各37例,对照组给予药物治疗及老年精神科常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施怀旧疗法,在干预前后分别测评两组病人简易精神状态评定表(Mini Mental State Examination,MMSE)、世界卫生组织-加利福尼亚洛杉矶大学听觉词语学习测验(World Health Organization-University of California,Los Angeles,Auditory Verbal Learning Test,WHO-UCLA AVLT)、瑞文标准推理测验(Raven's Standard Progress Matrices,RSPM)评分。[结果]两组干预前MMSE、WHO-UCLA SVLT各维度评分与总分及RSPM成绩比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预1个月后观察组MMSE量表记忆力、回忆力、语言功能维度得分及总分明显高于干预前(P<0.05),干预1个月后观察组MMSE量表记忆力、回忆力、语言功能维度得分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预1个月后观察组WHO-UCLA SVLT量表各维度评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),干预1个月后观察组WHOUCLA SVLT量表各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预前组间RSPM成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预1个月后组间RSPM成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]怀旧疗法能够改善老年AD病人的记忆能力及语言功能,但对病人推理能力无明显影响。

Objective：To probe into the effect of reminiscence therapy on cognitive function of elderly patients with Alzheimer＇s Disease（AD）.Methods：A total of 74 elderly patients with the AD in our hospital from Jan 2016 to Dec 2016 were selected and divided into 2 groups（37 cases in each）.The patients in control group were given drug therapy and routine nursing in the senile psychiatric department,and the patients in observation group were given reminiscence therapy on that in basis of the control group.Mini-Mental State Examination（MMSE）,World Health Organization-University of California-Los Angeles Auditory Verbal Learning Test（WHO-UCLA AVLT）,and Raven＇s Standard Progressive Matrices（RSPM）were used to investigate the cognitive function of the two groups before and after the intervention.Results：Before the intervention,There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of all dimension scores and total score of MMSE and WHO-UCLA AVLT and the scores of RSPM between the two groups（P0.05）.One month after the intervention,the dimension score of memory,recall,and language ability and the total score of MMSE in the observation group were significantly higher than before the intervention（P0.05）and in control group（P0.05）.After one month of intervention,the scores of all dimensions of the WHO-UCLA AVLT scale in observation group were higher than that before intervention（P0.05）and that in control group（P0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in RSPM scores between the two groups before and after the intervention（P0.05）and on the time of one month after the intervention（P0.05）.Conclusions：Nostalgia therapy could improve the memory and language ability of the elderly AD patients,while had no significant effect on their reasoning ability.
