基于三维质量模型构建消毒供应中心质量指标体系的研究

The development of Central Sterile Supply Department quality indicator system based on the 3D quality model

[目的]构建可操作性、适用性较高的本土化消毒供应中心质量指标体系。[方法]以"结构-过程-结果"质量模型为理论框架,结合WS310—2016行业标准设计专家函询问卷,进行两轮专家函询,对指标体系进行整合、完善及确定。[结果]两轮专家函询问卷有效回收率分别为90.00%(18/20)与100.00%(18/18),权威系数分别为0.92与0.93。指标体系包含3个一级指标、18个二级指标及35个三级指标。[结论]应用德尔菲法构建的消毒供应中心质量指标体系具有专科特色,实用性高,可为实际工作提供依据,有助于持续质量改进。

Objective：To construct a quality index system for localized disinfection supply center with high operability and applicability.Methods：The expert inquiry was designed based on the ＂ Structure-Process-Results＂ quality model as the theoretical framework and combined with the WS310—2016 industry standard.After two rounds of experts＇ consultation,the index system was integrated,perfected and determined.Results：The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of experts＇ consultation was 90.00%（18/20）and 100.00%（18/18）respectively,and the authoritative coefficient was 0.92 and 0.93 respectively.The index system included three first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators and 35 third-level indicators.Conclusions：The quality index system for disinfection supply center constructed by Delphi method had specialist feature and high practicability,which could provide the basis for practical work and help continuous quality improvement.
