摘要
研究了3种保湿温度下,固化期间固化室内各监测点极板水分和游离铅的变化,采用XRD和SEM等对固化后极板的理化性质进行了初步的表征,并进一步对采用这些极板的电池在常温、低温下的2小时率容量和压差进行了详细的研究。
In this paper, the water content and free lead content in the plates at different monitoring points in curing chamber during the curing process with three different moisturizing temperatures are studied. By XRD and SEM, the physical and chemical properties of the cured plates were characterized preliminarily. The 2 hour rate capacity and the voltage difference at room temperature and low temperature of the lead-acid batteries with the prepared positive plates are tested in detail.
