摘要 利用RTV硅橡胶与铅合金极柱、三元乙丙橡胶圈,以及蓄电池盖之间的结合,形成一层密封结构;待槽盖胶固化后,在铅合金极柱和蓄电池壳体之间采用环氧树脂进行二次密封。通过双重密封结构避免了铅酸蓄电池在长期使用过程中的爬酸现象,有效地提高了蓄电池的可靠性和安全性。 By combining RTV silicone rubber and lead alloy pole, ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber ring and battery cover, a sealing structure is formed. Then, after the epoxy adhesive which bonds the cover to the container is solidified, the gap between the lead alloy terminal post and battery jar is sealed by epoxy resin for the second sealing. Owing to the double sealing structure, the acid leakage is avoided in the process of the long-term usage of lead-acid battery, so the reliability and the safety of the lead-acid battery are effectively improved.
