高压辊磨机在国内铁矿山的应用及分析

Application and Analysis of High Pressure Grinding Roller in Domestic Iron Mines

高压辊磨机在国内铁矿山的碎磨工艺应用中逐渐广泛,主要用来替代第三段细碎或作为第四段超细碎设备使用,具有改善入磨条件、节能降耗、提高选别效率等优点。结合高压辊磨机在国内几个重点铁矿山的生产实例,对高压辊磨机的使用效果进行了分析,提出了对高压辊磨合理应用的观点。

High Pressure Grinding Roller Mill（HPGR mill）has been gradually popular in the application of comminution process in iron ore mines in China.It is mainly used to replace the tertiary fine size reduction or quartenary extra fine size reduction equipment and has such merits as improving input conditions of grinding,saving energy and reducing consumption and increasing separation efficiency etc.With reference to actual production of HPGR mills applied in several key iron ore mines in China,this paper makes an analysis of the application effects and puts forward ideas for reasonable application of HPGR mills.
