摘要
利用SEM-EDS分析了5种碱含量不同的水泥熟料中K_2O和Na_2O的分布规律;通过反光显微镜对水泥熟料进行岩相分析。结果显示:同种熟料,C_3A中的碱含量最高,C_2S次之,C_3S较低,C_4AF中含量最低;熟料总碱含量越高,C_3A、C_2S及C_3S中的K_2O含量越高,而C_4AF中的K_2O含量变化不大,对于Na_2O,熟料总碱含量越高,C_3A中的Na_2O含量越高,而C_3S、C_2S及C_4AF中的Na_2O含量变化不大。;碱含量越低,熟料矿相中C_3S晶型发育越完整,颗粒越大,缺陷越少,而碱含量对C_2S的晶型发展无明显影响。
The distribution of K2O and Na2O in five cement clinkers with different alkali content was analyzed bySEM-EDS and petrographic analysis of cement clinkers was conducted by a reflection microscope. The results show that for the same kind of clinker,the content of K2O and Na2O in C3 A is the highest followed by C2S; C3S is lower and C4S is the lowest among 4 clinker minerals. The variation of K2O content in C3 A,C2S and C3S is consistent with the variation of the total alkali content of clinkers. Na2O content in different clinker minerals varies little regardless of the total alkali content in clinkers except only C3 A. The higher the alkali content,the more complete crystals,the larger particles and the fewer defects C3S has,while the alkali content has no obvious effect on the crystalline forms of C2S.
