基于图书馆门禁数据的学生读者到馆行为分析——以电子科技大学清水河校区图书馆为例

Analysis of Student Reader's Behavior Based on Access Control Data in Library——Taking the library of Qingshuihe Campus of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China as an example

统计和分析图书馆的门禁数据是研究读者到馆行为的主要渠道之一。从进出馆人次、进出馆人数、在馆时长三个方面统计分析了电子科技大学清水河校区图书馆2016和2017两年的读者到馆行为,对于提升图书馆的服务质量和管理效率有着重要意义。

Statistics and analysis of the data of access control system in library is the main channel of researching readers＇ behavior. This paper analyzes the readers＇ behavior in 2016 and 2017 of the library of Qingshuihe Campus of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China（UESTC） from three aspects,which are the person-time and the number of readers entering and exiting the library,and the students＇ favorite time in the library,and digs out certain notable rules of the reader＇s behavior. The research results and research methods in this paper are of great significance for improving the service quality and management efficiency of the library.
