Taking the library of Sichuan Technology and Business University as an example,this article studies the significance of private university library carrying out the university-enterprise cooperation,introduces the university-enterprise cooperation＇s innovation case,analyzes the existing problems and the causes of these problems and puts forward the measures of private university libraries improving university-enterprise cooperation.
