轻质高强密水混合料在淮安大桥主桥桥面铺装中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了减小混凝土桥面铺装重量,研发了轻质高强密水混合料LHMAC-13,并依托淮安大桥主桥桥面铺装改造工程,改进了施工工艺。结果显示,LHMAC-13相比常规玄武岩混合料密度减小20%;LHMAC-13的路用性能均满足要求,高温性能尤其优异,比SMA-13的动稳定度提高54%;经现场检验,LHMAC-13施工质量满足要求。实例表明,LHMAC-13能提高铺装抗车辙性能,减小铺装重量,可应用于混凝土桥面铺装工程。 In order to reduce the weight of bridge deck pavement,the light-weight,high-strength and good-water-tightness mixture LHMAC-13 is researched and developed.Based on the Huaian Bridge deck pavement reconstruction project,the construction technology is improved.The results show that compared with common basalt asphalt concrete,the density of LHMAC-13 decreases by 20%,and the performances of LHMAC-13 pavementmeet the requirements,especially the high temperature performance is excellent which is 54% higher than SMA-13.The site construction test results also show that construction quality of LHMAC-13 meets the requirements.It is shown that LHMAC-13 can improve the anti-rutting performance of pavement and reduce the weight of pavement,which can be applied to the construction of concrete bridge deck pavement.
