摘要
以某钢筋混凝土无桥台斜腿刚构桥为例,结合碳纤维布及新增横隔梁的加固工艺,介绍了碳纤维加固方法的施工工艺及要点。通过有限元软件对加固后桥梁建模计算,并进行桥梁静载试验对加固后桥梁承载力进行评定。对比加固后的荷载试验实测值与理论值,认为加固后桥梁承载能力满足设计要求。
In this paper,a reinforced concrete slant-legged rigid frame bridge without abutment was reinforced with CFRP and new crossbeam.The construction technology and key points of carbon fiber reinforcement method were introduced according to this example.The reinforced bridge was modeled and calculated by using finite element software,and the load-carrying capacity of the reinforced bridge was tested by load test.Through the comparison between the measured value and the theoretical value of the strengthened load test,the bearing capacity of the bridge after the reinforcement meets the design requirements.
