芪贞降压汤配合西药治疗老年高血压临床观察

Clinical observation of Qizhen jiangya decoction with western medicine on senile hypertension

目的:观察芪贞降压汤配合西药治疗老年高血压的疗效。方法:将入选的85例患者随机分为2组,其中治疗组44例,对照组41例;对照组服用缬沙坦胶囊80 mg,1次/日,治疗组在对照组基础上加用芪贞降压汤中药配方颗粒冲服,疗程为2个月。观察患者治疗前后症状疗效、降压效果、血压晨峰变化、血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度变化及药物不良反应。结果:症状疗效:治疗组总有效率为88.6%,高于对照组48.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);降压效果:治疗组总有效率为93.2%,高于对照组48.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组血压晨峰及血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度均下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均无不良反应发生。结论:芪贞降压汤配合西药能更好的缓解老年高血压患者的症状,降压平稳,降低血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度。

Objective：To observe the effect of Qizhen jiangya decoction with western medicine on senile hypertension.Methods：85 cases of selected patients were divided into 2 groups randomly,44 cases in treatment group,41 cases in control group.The control group was treated with valsartan capsule 80 mg,once a day,while the treatment group was treated plus with Qizhen jiangya decoction on the basis of control group.2 months as a course of treatment.The curative effect of symptoms,antihypertensive effect,change of morning blood pressure surge,concentration change of angiotensin II and adverse drug reactions of patients were observed before and after treatment.Results：The curative effect of symptoms：the total effective rate of treatment group was 88.6%,which was higher than 48.8% of control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The antihypertensive effect：the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.2%,which was higher than 48.8% of control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Compared with control group,morning blood pressure surge and angiotensin II concentration of treatment group were lowered obviously,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.No adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion：Qizhen jiangya decoction can better relieve the symptoms of senile hypertension,stably decline blood pressure and reduce angiotensin II concentration in blood plasma.
