中西医结合治疗脾胃湿热型HP阳性浅表性胃炎临床观察

Clinical observation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on HP positive superficial gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome

目的:观察黄连温胆汤脾胃湿热型HP阳性浅表性胃炎的疗效。方法:将92例脾胃湿热型HP阳性浅表性胃炎患者以随机数字表法分为两组各46例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加黄连温胆汤治疗。比较两组患者疗效及HP消除率、中医症状积分。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率为93.48%,Hp清除率为91.30%,对照组分别为73.91%、65.22%,差异均具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.452、9.200,P<0.05)两组患者治疗后胃脘胀痛、胃脘灼热、胀满等中医症状积分均有下降,且治疗组治疗后中医症状积分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄连温胆汤结合西药常规治疗脾胃湿热型HP阳性浅表性胃炎疗效优于常规西药治疗。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Huanglian wendan decoction on HP positive superficial gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome.Methods：92 cases of patients with HP positive superficial gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome,who were treated in our hospital,were randomly divided into two groups,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated conventionally with western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Huanglian wendan decoction on the basis of control group.The curative effect,HP clearance rate and TCM symptom score of patients were compared between two groups.Results：In treatment group,the total effective rate was 93.48%,Hp clearance rate was 91.30%;while in control group respectively was 71.74% and 65.22%.The difference was statistically significant（χ2 was respectively 6.452,9.200,P〈0.05）.Before treatment,in epigastric distending pain,epigastric burning sensation and fullness etc.TCM symptom scores of patients,the comparative difference between two groups was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the epigastric distending pain,epigastric burning sensation and fullness etc.TCM symptom scores of patients were decreased in both groups.And TCM symptom scores after treatment in treatment group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of Huanglian wendan decoction on HP positive superficial gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome are satisfactory,which can enhance HP clearance rate and effectively control the clinical symptoms.
