不同产地黄芪药材中黄酮类成分含量分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨不同产地的黄芪药材中黄酮类成分的含量。方法:选取从全国不同地区采购的22批次的黄芪药材为主要研究材料,采用高效液相色谱法测定黄芪药材中黄酮类成分的含量,试验中主要选取的黄酮类成分为毛蕊异黄酮苷、芒柄花苷、毛蕊异黄酮以及芒柄花素四种,进行精密度试验、稳定性试验、以及含量试验等检测操作。结果:进行精密度试验、稳定性试验检测色谱峰面积的RSD值均低于1%,表明检测仪器与操作符合精密度的要求。在不同产地黄芪药材的黄酮类成分含量检测上,结果显示山西与内蒙古产出的黄芪药材中黄酮总量最高,其次是甘肃、吉林、安徽,陕西、山东地区产出的黄芪药材中黄酮总量最低。结论:使用高效液相色谱法具有操作简便、稳定性好以及重复性好的优势,能够测定黄芪药材中黄酮类成分的含量,可作为对不同产地生产的黄芪药材中黄酮总量检测的适用方法。 Objective:To approach the level of content of flavonoids in radix astragali from different habitats.Methods:22 batches of selected radix astragali,which were purchased from different regions of China,were taken as main researched materials.The content of flavonoids in radix astragali was determined by HPLC.In the test,the mainly selected components of flavonoids were 4 kinds,i.e.calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,ononin,calycosin and formononetin.And they were performed precision test,stability test and content test,etc.detection operations.Results:All RSD values of detected chromatogram peak areas in precision test and stability test were less than1%,which showed that the instruments and operations for detection met the requirements of precision.In the detection of content of flavonoids in radix astragali from different habitats,the result showed that the total content of flavonoids in radix astragali from Shanxi and Inner Mongolia was highest,followed by that from Gansu,Jilin,Anhui and Shaanxi.The total content of flavonoids in radix astragali from Shandong was lowest.Conclusion:HPLC has advantages of easy operation,gut stability and gut repeatability,can determine the content of flavonoids in radix astragali and detect the total content of flavonoids in radix astragali from different habitats,which show that the different habitats can affect the quality of radix astragali.
