摘要
建立妇宝金丸中白术的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层层析法对处方中白术进行定性鉴别。结果:所建立得方法可鉴别出处方中白术的特征斑点,阴性试验无干扰。结论:该方法操作简单,重现性好,专属性强,可作为妇宝金丸中白术的定性鉴别方法。
To establish a TLC method for the identification of Atractylodes in Fu Bao Jin pill. Method ：TLC was used for the qualitative identification of Atraetylodes maeroeephala in the prescription. Result：The established method can identify the characteristic spots of Atrae tylodes maeroeephala , and the negative test has no interference. Conclusion：This method is easy to operate, has good reproducibility and strong specificity, and can be used as a qualitative identification method for Atraetylodes in Fu Bao Jin pill.
