摘要
文章针对长距离城市地下输水管线,建立了水力过渡过程空气阀的数学模型,说明了新型二级、三级缓闭防水锤型空气阀的特点及其水力瞬变的计算方法。对于长距离管道输水,考虑在充水未经过的管线所有空气阀都会进排气,而不是只在充水来临的一个空气阀工作,得出按照局部管道充水的需要选择的空气阀进排气孔径具有较大的裕量结论,据此提出了一个实用的选择空气阀的类型和布置的方法。并以丹东市应急输水管线工程为例,研究了水击防护的方法,包括空气阀、气囊式压气罐的布置和参数选择及水击防护效果。
According to the long distance water conveyance pipe underground in urban, the paper builds the mathematical model of hydraulic transient for air valve, introduces the characteristics of the new 2-level and 3-level slow closing preventing water hammer type air valve and the calculation method of the hydraulic transient. For the long distance water conveyance pipe, considering all of the air valves would inlet and exhaust air on the pipe with no water, but not the only one air valve work when the pipe begin to fill with water, the pore size of the air valve inlet and exhaust has large allowance under the demand of partial pipe filled with water,therefore, a practical method for air valve selection and layout was provided. Taking the emergency water conveyance pipe project of Dandong City as an example, the paper studies the water hammer prevention method, including the layout and parameter selection of air valve and gasbag pressure gas tank and water hammer prevention effect.
