软弱破碎围岩隧洞初期支护侵限处理措施

Treatment measure of intrusion limit in primary support for tunnel with soft and weak broken rock

大伙房输水一期D&B4标段9号洞在初期支护施做完毕2月以后,发现局部洞段有大范围的侵限现象。文章针对具体情况,提出采用径向注浆加固、逐榀拆除钢架、钢架增加支撑、锚喷支护、监控量测等一系列措施,成功地完成了侵限处理工作,对类似工程具有借鉴意义。

The initial support construction for the 9# tunnel at the D&B4 bid section of the first phase of Dahuofang water conveyance project was completed after 2 months, a large range of intrusion limit were discovered at part sections of the 9# tunnel.According to the concrete situation of the project, the paper provides a series of measures to finish successfully the treatment work for the intrusion limit and provided reference for similar project. The measures include the radial grouting reinforcement, steel frame demolition one by one, addition the support of the steel frame, bolt-shotcrete support, monitoring and measuring, and so on.
