高校廉政教育科学化发展,既要有微观视角,着眼于个别、局部、细节,还要有宏观视野,树立整体意识、全局意识和战略意识。高校廉政教育科学化发展要在批判与反思的基础上,进行宏观布局,遵循思想政治教育的基本精神、本质规定、学科规范、学术要求和实践原则,明确其作为思想政治教育学科的分支学科;提升理论自觉,组织力量,协调资源,建构符合自身特点的廉政教育理论体系;立足廉政教育实践,深化对"廉政教育实践"的理性审思,历史地把握廉政教育,挖掘廉政教育的历史,关注廉政教育实践新动向。

The scientific development of probity education in college requires not only a micro-perspective, but also an individual, partial, and detailed view. It must also have a macroscopic perspective and establish overall, global,strategic awareness. The scientific development of probity education in college should be based on criticism and introspection, macroscopic layout, following the basic spirit, essential regulations, discipline standards, academic requirements,practical principles and clarifying its role as a branch of ideological and political education disciplines;promote theoretical self-consciousness, organize strengths, coordinate resources, construct a theoretical system of probity education in line with their own characteristics;base on the practice of probity education, deepen the rational review of the ＂practice of probity education,＂ and historically grasp probity education; investigate its history and pay attention to the new practice.
