大学生体育态度和行为是反映高校体育发展的重要体现,本文通过对南阳师范学院大学生体育态度与体育行为现状的调查研究,找出当前大学生在体育态度与体育行为方面存在的问题,以探索发展规律,发现存在问题,为高校体育改革与发展提供理论依据。

The sports attitude and behavior of college students are important reflection of the development of college sports. Through the investigation and research on the sports attitude and sports behavior of college students in Nanyang Normal University, this paper finds out the existing problems of sports attitudes and sports behaviorsto explore the law of sports development, hopes to provide a theoretical basis for the reform and development of sports in colleges and universities.
