摘要
在对浙江省城市、乡镇、农村近2000名初中生及其家长调研的基础上,基于积极心理学以及幸福学研究成果,提出了父母作为初中生的"重要的成年人",培育孩子幸福能力的最佳途径是培养积极健康人格,激励孩子的内生动力,并提出了具体的初中阶段关键人格培育的对策。
Based on the survey of nearly 2000 junior middle school students in cities, towns, villages in Zhejiang province, according to the research findings of positive psychology and eudaemonics, the paper puts forward that the best way to develop students' wellbeing ability is to cultivate students' healthy personality, to motivate their endogenous power. Meanwhile the paper comes up with specific countermeasures cultivating key personalities in the phase of junior middle school.
