光缆成缆工序中扎纱垮纱事故简析

摘要 层绞式光缆拉伸性能和环境性能的好坏与绞合节距密切相关,而扎纱在生产过程中绕扎性能的好坏将直接影响到节距的均匀性。本文通过对扎纱垮纱事故异常分析,根据统计数据查找出可能产生扎纱垮纱事故异常的原因,从人、机、料、法等方面提出改善和预防措施,进而提高产品质量。 Tube stranding process is directly related to optical fiber cable structure, fiber optic cable tensile performance and environmental performance is good or not is closely related to the stranding pitches, and the firm performance of yarn is good or bad will directly affect the length and uniformity of the pitch during the production. Based on analysis of abnormal accident yarn is broken down, through statistical data search, and gives its possible yarn abnormal accident reason, from man, machine, material, method, etc, improvement and prevention measures are put forward, thus improving the quality of the product.
