口服降糖药物应用于妊娠糖尿病治疗的效果研究

Research on Effect of Oral Administration of Hypoglycemic Drugs in Treatment of Gestational Diabetes

目的分析观察口服降糖药物治疗妊娠糖尿病的效果。方法 2015年1月—2017年10月时间,选择该院门诊收治的88例妊娠糖尿病患者,随机抽取其中的44例设为对照组,给予胰岛素治疗,余下44例设为治疗组,配合胰岛素与二甲双胍治疗,比较治疗前后的血糖水平,统计不良妊娠结局。结果 (1)血糖水平分析,治疗前,组间FPG、2 hPG水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗后,治疗组FPG、2 hPG水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)统计不良妊娠结局,治疗组不良妊娠结局发生率为6.8%,对照组为15.9%,治疗组低于对照组,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠糖尿病,配合口服降糖药治疗,疗效满意,不仅可控制血糖水平,而且可减少不良妊娠结局。

Objective To analyze and observe the effect of oral administration of Hypoglycemic drugs in treatment of gestational diabetes. Methods 88 cases of patients with gestational diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 44 cases in each, the control group were treated with insulin, while the treatment group were treated with insulin combined with melbine, and the blood glucose levels before and after treatment were compared, and the adverse gestational outcomes were counted. Results（1） The blood glucose level showed that the differences in the FPG and 2 hPG levels between the two groups before treatment were not obvious, without statistical significance（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the FPG and 2 hPG levels in the treatment group were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〉0.05）.（2）the incidence rate of adverse gestational outcome in the treatment group and in the control group was respectively 6.8% and 15.9%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of oral administration of hypoglycemic drugs in treatment of gestational diabetes is satisfactory, which can not only control the blood glucose level but also reduce the adverse gestational outcomes.
