格列美脲联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Glimepiride Combined with Insulin Glargine in Treatment of Diabetes

目的探究采用格列美脲联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病的疗效。方法 2017年1—9月选该院糖尿病患者140例,随机分为两组,分别进行单纯甘精胰岛素治疗(常规组)及格列美脲联合甘精胰岛素治疗(联合组),比较血糖、胰岛素水平及体质指数。结果联合组治疗后FBG、P2 FBG及HbA1c水平与治疗前及常规组比较,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后,联合组患者FINS及IRI水平均降显著降低(P<0.05)。结论采用格列美脲联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病,能够有效降低患者血糖及胰岛素水平,对缓解患者相应症状及提高其生活质量效果显著。

Objective To study the curative effect of glimepiride combined with insulin glargine in treatment of diabetes.Methods 140 cases of diabetes patients from January to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the routine group were treated with simple insulin glargine, while the combined group were treated with glimepiride combined with insulin glargine, and the blood glucose, insulin level and constitutional index were compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the FBG、P2 FBG, HbA1c levels between the two groups after treatment were obvious（P〈0.05）, and after treatment, the FINS and IRI levels in the combined group obviously decreased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The glimepiride combined with insulin glargine in treatment of diabetes can effectively reduce the blood glucose and insulin levels, which can have an obvious effect on relieving the corresponding symptoms and improving the quality of life.
