脉血康胶囊在糖尿病合并冠心病患者治疗中的应用评价

Evaluation on Application of Maixuekang Capsule in Treatment of Patients with Diabetes Combined with Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究分析脉血康胶囊在糖尿病合并冠心病患者治疗中的临床效果。方法 2014年1月—2017年11月按相应研究标准选取80例糖尿病合并冠心病患者作为研究对象。以治疗方法为依据,将患者分成对照组(40例)与观察组(40例)。其中,对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在采用常规治疗方法的同时增加使用脉血康胶囊。以治疗后两组患者各项临床指标、治疗总有效率比较作为观察指标。结果两组患者经相应治疗后,观察组患者各项临床指标:FBC、2hPG、TG、TC、LDL-C明显优于对照组患者;观察组治疗有效率为95%,显著高于对照组患者80%。结论血康胶囊在糖尿病合并冠心病患者治疗中能够起到减轻其心绞痛症状、降低血糖水平,提高治疗总有效率的作用,值得临床推广。

Objective To research and analyze the application effect of maixuekang capsule in treatment of patients with diabetes combined with coronary heart disease. Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetes combined with coronary heart disease admitted and treated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group used the routine treatment method, from January 2014 to Norember 2017 while the observation group increased the maixuekang capsules on the basis of the control group, and various clinical indicators, and total treatment effective rate of the two groups after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, various indicators such as FBC, 2 hPG, TG, TC, LDL-C were obviously better than those in the control group, and the treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（95% vs 80%）. Conclusion The maixuekang capsule in treatment of patients with diabetes combined with coronary heart disease cam relieve the angina pectoris, reduce the blood glucose level and improve the total treatment effective rate, and it is worth clinical promotion.
