个性化综合饮食护理干预对2型糖尿病患者的临床效果研究

Research on Clinical Effect of Individualized Comprehensive Dieting Nursing Intervention in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨个性化综合饮食护理干预对2型糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法研究对象共有80例,均是该院2016年12月—2017年12月所接收的2型糖尿病患者,对照组患者接受的是2型糖尿病的临床常规护理措施,而护理组患者除开接受的常规护理措施外,还接受了个性化综合饮食护理,对比患者护理后糖化血红蛋白以及血糖指标的情况。结果护理组与对照组患者在接受护理之后,护理人员对患者的糖化血红蛋白以及患者在空腹状态、饭后2 h状态下的血糖进行检测,发现两组患者在护理干预之后这几项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病的临床护理工作当中,个性化综合饮食措施的应用发挥着较为显著的临床效果,患者在接受护理后,其血糖和糖化血红蛋白均有了明显改善。

Objective To study the clinical effect of individualized comprehensive dieting nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 80 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from December2016 to December 2017 were selected, the control group used the clinical routine nursing measures of type 2 diabetes,while the nursing group sued the individualized comprehensive dieting nursing on the basis of the control group, and the glycosylated hemoglobin and blood glucose after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the differences in the glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose after the nursing intervention between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of individualized comprehensive dieting nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes is obvious, and the blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin are obviously improved after nursing.
