心理行为干预对2型糖尿病初诊患者治疗依从性的影响

Effect of Mental Behavior Intervention on the Treatment Compliance of Patients Initially Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨心理行为干预对2型糖尿病初诊患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选择2015年4月—2017年4月这一时间段某院收治的60例2型糖尿病初诊患者为分析对象,随机分为2组,对照组(n=30)给予使用常规护理方法,观察组(n=30)在对照组护理方法的基础上给予使用心理行为干预方式,观察两种护理模式对患者治疗依从性的影响。结果 (1)两组患者护理前治疗依从性相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组患者治疗依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)两组患者护理前血糖控制情况相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组患者血糖控制情况相比较于对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。(3)观察组护理满意度为96.67%;对照组护理满意度为70.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理行为干预对2型糖尿病初诊患者治疗依从性有着良好的影响,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of mental behavior intervention on the treatment compliance of patients initially diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Methods 60 cases of patients initially diagnosed with type 2 diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,the control group used the routine nursing method, while the observation group used the mental behavior interventional way on the basis of the control group, and the effect on the treatment compliance was observed. Results The difference in the treatment compliance between the two groups was not obvious, before nursing（P〉0.05）, after nursing, the treatment compliance in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the difference in the blood glucose control situation between the two groups before nursing was not obvious（P〉0.05）, and the blood glucose control situation in the observation group after nursing obviously decreased compared with that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the difference in the nursing satisfactory degree between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant（96.67% vs 70.00%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The mental behavior intervention has a good effect on the treatment compliance of patients initially diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, which is worth promotion.
