摘要
以某双电机混联混合动力城市客车为研究对象,采用牙嵌式电磁离合器替代传统的膜片弹簧离合器实现牵引电机和发动机之间的扭矩耦合;采用转速同步和调节混合动力总成扭矩变化斜率的控制策略以降低车辆纵向冲击。车辆试验结果表明应用效果较好。
With a dual-motor series-parallel hybrid electric bus as the research object,the authors adopt jaw electromagnetic clutch to replace the traditional diaphragm spring clutch to implement torque coupling between tractor motor and engine. They apply the control strategies including controlling the torque change rate of the hybrid powertrain and synchronizing speeds to reduce the vehicle longitudinal jerks. The vehicle tests show that the application effect is better.
