摘要 为提高智能变电站SCD模型管控水平,降低变电站运维风险,研究SCD模型解耦技术,并提出实现方案。①面向业务对模型文件进行逻辑解耦,根据业务分类规则提取出业务相关配置数据,以分类业务数据视图展示模型文件,通过分配业务权限来管理业务数据的浏览与修改,满足不同业务的管理需要;②面向间隔对模型文件进行物理解耦,根据间隔划分规则拆分SCD模型,通过锁定或开放不同间隔配置数据的方法,从人员可靠性因素方面考虑,降低传统直接修改模型文件方式对已投运间隔模型可能造成的误改或错改风险。 To improve the SCD model management level of smart substation, and reduce the operation and maintenance risk, this paper researched on decoupling technology for SCD model, and also proposed implementation scheme. On one hand, the SCD model file can be decoupled logically based on substation operation job, and drop the related configuration data according to job rules, and show model file using classified job data view, and manage the browser & modify of job data by assigning rights to the jobs, so we can meet the requirements of different operation jobs; On the other hand, the SCD model file can also be decoupled physically based on different substation bays, splitter the SCD model based on bay rules, lock or open the configuration data of different bays, with human reliability factor considerations, compared with the traditional directly modification method, the accidental wrong change or mistaking error risk is reduced.
