乡村共同体发展模式探析——以横港村的在地实践为例

The Exploration of the Development Mode of Rural Community:Taking the In-site Practice in Henggang as an Example

自21世纪初"新农村建设"工作的开展,到当今"美丽乡村"建设热潮,20年间的变化深刻体现了社会各界对中国乡村发展模式的不断探索和调整。早期大规模农村现代化建设在当时具有积极意义,然而社会进入转型阶段,过去发展模式固化单一、粗犷发展的弊端逐渐显现出来。传统乡村环境相对闭塞,伴随着快速城镇化的进程,空心村、留守儿童等一系列社会问题开始显现。以横港村乡建项目为例,尝试探讨建立一种乡村复兴的新型发展模式,即摈弃旧有的城镇化建设思路,搭建一个有机的、可持续发展的平台,使设计师、村民和消费者形成一个互相协助、互相依存的共同体。进而通过近期的实践经验,科学论证运作这种模式的可行性。

From the ＂new rural construction＂ in the early 2000 s,to the ＂beautiful countryside＂ nowadays,the change in the past twenty years reflects the continuous exploration and adjustment of the rural development mode in China from all social circles. Undeniably,that early massive rural modernization was a necessary. However,as the society has entered the transformation stage in recent years,the drawbacks of this mode have been showing gradually. With the rapid urbanization process,a series of social problems such as hollow village and left-behind children appear in the country. In view of the above problems,this paper takes the project of Henggang as an example,and tries to explore a new development mode of rural revitalization,building a sustainable platform for designers,villagers and consumers to form a community. Then the model by recent in-site practical experience is demonstrated.
