空间重构视角下的杭州市绕城村乡村振兴实践

The Practice of Rural Vitalization of Raocheng Village in Hangzhou in the Perspective of Space Reconstruction

空间重构是引导乡村"三生"空间达到新平衡,实现乡村产业转型的重要途径。以杭州市西湖区绕城村美丽乡村建设实践为例,系统梳理了规划前村庄"三生"空间存在的问题,提出空间重构的总体策略,在土地流转的基础上进行土地整治,从生产空间整备与引导、生活空间改善与提升、生态空间修复与拓展3个方面着手,实现"三生"空间的融合发展。对当下美丽乡村建设和乡村振兴实践具有一定借鉴意义。

Space reconstruction is an important way to guide the rural production-living-ecology space to reach a new balance and realize the transformation of rural industries. Taking the example of the practice of building beautiful villages on the Raocheng Village in Xihu District of Hangzhou as an example,this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the production-livingecology space of the village,proposes an overall strategy for space reconstruction,and carries out land remediation on the basis of land transfer. From the three aspects of production space conditioning and guidance,improvement and promotion of living space,and restoration and expansion of ecological space,the integration and development of the production-living-ecology space is realized. It has certain reference for the current beautiful village construction and rural vitalization practice.
