米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合B超监视下清宫术治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠的效果观察

Observation of the effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol combined with B ultrasound in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy

目的探讨米非司酮、米索前列醇配伍使用联合B超监视下清宫术治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠临床应用效果。方法对照组给予单纯B超监视下清宫术治疗,研究组给予米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合B超监视下清宫术治疗。记录两组子宫瘢痕妊娠患者手术情况、不良反应发生情况,将所得数据输入SPSS软件后行统计学分析。结果两组子宫瘢痕妊娠患者治疗成功率均为100.00%。研究组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、HCG恢复至正常值所需时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组子宫瘢痕妊娠患者恶心呕吐等胃肠道反应发生率显著高于对照组,但研究组腹痛、阴道异常流血、发热等不良反应发生率均显著少于对照组,P<0.05。结论利用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇联合B超监视下清宫术治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠具有较为理想的临床有效性、安全性,有利于患者术后尽快恢复健康。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone and misoprostol combined with B ultrasound in the treatment of uterine cicatricial pregnancy. Methods： The control group was treated with simple B ultrasonic monitoring,and the study group was treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol combined with B ultrasonic monitoring. The two groups of uterine cicatricial pregnancy were recorded for the operation and the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the data were entered into the SPSS software for statistical analysis. Results： The success rate of the two groups of uterine cicatricial pregnancy was 100%. Study on the operative time,blood loss,hospitalization time,HCG returned to normal values of time were significantly lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）; group of patients with uterine scar pregnancy nausea and vomiting and other gastrointestinal reactions was significantly higher than the control group,but the adverse reactions of the study group,vaginal abnormal bleeding,abdominal pain and fever occurred the rate was significantly less than the control group,P〈0. 05. Conclusion： Mifepristone combined with misoprostol combined with curettage under B-mode ultrasound is effective and safe in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy. It is beneficial for patients to recover as soon as possible.
