康柏西普与曲安奈德注射治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of compacept and Cu Ann Ned injection in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy

目的研究分析康柏西普与曲安奈德注射治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的74例糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象。实验组与对照组患者均进行玻璃体腔一次性注射药物治疗,对照组给予曲安奈德,实验组给予康柏西普注射治疗。结果治疗1月后,实验组最佳矫正视力为(0.23±0.11),对照组最佳矫正视力为(0.16±0.10),具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1月后,实验组与对照组患者的视网膜厚度分别为(14.54±4.12)与(15.67±3.78),不具有统计学差异(P>0.05)。实验组患者中,1例发生高眼压,1例发生前房炎症。对照组中,3例患者发生角膜水肿,5例患者发生前房炎症反应,4例患者发生高眼压。实验组与对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为5.41%与32.43%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病视网膜病变中应用康柏西普注射治疗效果较为理想,能够显著提高患者视力,帮助患者恢复健康,安全性高,具有临床推广的意义。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of compacept and Cu Ann Ned injection in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods： 74 patients with diabetic retinopathy in our hospital were selected as the research object. The patients in the experimental group and the control group were treated with intravitreal injection. The control group was given Cu Ann Ned and the experimental group was given the injection of Compaq. Results： after January,the best corrected visual acuity in the experimental group was（ 0. 23 ± 0. 11）,and the best corrected visual acuity in the control group was（ 0. 16 ±0. 10）,which was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After January,the retinal thickness of the experimental group and the control group were（ 14. 54 ± 4. 12） and（ 15. 67 ± 3. 78）,and there was no statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. Of the patients in the experimental group,1 cases had high intraocular pressure and 1 cases of anterior chamber inflammation. In the control group,there were 3 patients with corneal edema,5 patients with anterior chamber inflammation,and 4 cases with high intraocular pressure. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group and the control group was 5. 41%and 32. 43%,respectively,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： the application of Compaq the treatment of diabetic retinopathy is effective,which can significantly improve the vision of patients,help patients recover health and safety,and has the significance of clinical promotion.
