基于安全舒适需求的双视角护理干预在核磁共振检查患者中的应用效果

The application effect of double angle nursing intervention based on safe and comfortable demand in patients with nuclear magnetic resonance examination

目的观察核磁共振检查患者基于安全舒适需求的双视角护理干预的应用效果。方法选取2016年12月—2017年12月在我院接受MRI检查的128例患者的临床资料,按护理方案不同分两组,各组64例,对照组行常规护理,观察组行基于安全舒适需求的双视角护理干预,比较两组心理状态、检查安全质量。结果观察组护理后SAS评分(32.14±6.58)分,SDS评分(35.63±5.47)分,均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组护理后及早处置危险状况(4.78±1.35)分,落实安全措施(5.27±1.35)分,防范意外伤害(4.58±0.95)分,传达安全信息(4.89±1.52)分,安全知识宣教(4.78±1.74)分,均比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度93.75%,比对照组79.69%高(P<0.05)。结论核磁共振检查患者基于安全舒适需求展开双视角护理干预能有效缓解心理负面情绪,提高检查安全性,提升患者满意度,效果显著。

Objective： To observe the application effect of mri in patients with dual-angle nursing intervention based on safe and comfortable requirements. Methods： Select in December 2016—December 2017 in our hospital clinical data of 128 patients accepted MRI,according to the nursing program divided into 2 groups,each group of 64 cases in the control group routine nursing care,observation group based on the double perspective of demand safe and comfortable nursing intervention,compare two groups of psychological state,check the safety and quality. Results： The SAS score（ 32. 14 ± 6. 58） and SDS score（ 35. 63 ± 5. 47） were lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Observation group after nursing of early treatment of dangerous conditions（ 4. 78 ± 1. 35）,the implementation of safety measures（ 5. 27 ± 1. 35） points,to prevent accidental injury（ 4. 58 ± 0. 95） points,communicate safety information（ 4. 89 ± 1. 52 mm）,safety knowledge education（ 4. 78 ± 1. 74） grading was higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）; The total satisfaction of the observation group was93. 75% higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： NMR can effectively relieve the psychological negative emotion,improve the safety of the patients and improve the satisfaction of patients.
