摘要
目的:研究超临界CO_2萃取玉米胚芽油的最佳工艺条件.方法:以超临界CO_2法萃取玉米胚芽油萃取率为评价指标,采用单因素和正交实验对萃取的工艺条件进行优化.结果:确定超临界CO_2萃取玉米胚芽油的最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力25 MPa,萃取温度40℃,颗粒度50目,萃取时间50 min,萃取率可达到24.54%以上.结论:优选的超临界CO_2萃取玉米胚芽油的工艺简单易行,稳定性好.
Purpose: the optimum technological conditions for the extraction of corn oil by supercritical CO2 were studied.Methods: the extraction rate of corn oil by supercritical CO2 was the evaluated method,and the extraction process was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment. Results: the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the extraction pressure 25 MPa,the extraction temperature 40 ℃,the particle size 50 mesh sizes,and the extraction time 50 min,the extraction rate can reach more than 24.54%.Conclusion: the optimized process of supercritical CO2 extraction of corn germ oil is simple and stable.
