摘要
文章设计了一套适用于矿用搬运车的恒流充电无线电能传输系统。分析副边Buck变换器对充电电流的调节作用,获得其占空比与充电电流的关系,同时采用PI控制算法来实现恒流充电。最后,搭建系统实验平台对本系统设计方案进行验证。
This paper designs a wireless power transfer system that features constant current charging for mining truck. The regulation of charging current by secondary side Buck converter is analyzed, and the relationship between duty cycle and charging current is obtained. Meanwhile, current charging is achieved via the PI control algorithm. At the end, the experimental setup is built to validate the design method of the system.
