一种空管系统中人力资源风险管控机制的应用研究

摘要 随着民航事业的不断发展,空管系统的业务越来越复杂,同样空管系统也需要越来越多的关注人力资源管理问题,但在人力资源管理中,人员的风险管理也日益凸显,而且形式也日益严峻。为了有效的防范在人力资源薪资福利管理环节的风险,本文基于空管系统的管理和网络现状,提出了一种有效的且切实可行的人力资源风险管控机制,并从系统功能设计和网络设置环节详细描述了这种机制的实现方法。 with the continuous development of civil aviation, the business of ATC is becoming more and more complex. Similarly, ATC also needs to pay more and more attention to human resource management, but in human resource management.Personnel risk management is also increasingly prominent, and the form is also increasingly grim. In order to effectively guard against the risks in human resources, salary and welfare management, this paper based on the management of air traffic management system and the status quo of the network. An effective and feasible human resource risk control mechanism is proposed, and the implementation method of this mechanism is described in detail from the aspects of system function design and network setup.
