摘要
对一起10 kV线路刀闸支柱瓷绝缘子断裂故障原因进行试验分析,发现故障原因是绝缘子胶装工艺不良,导致水分进入胶合剂内部,当环境温度降至零下时,水分结冰膨胀导致胶装界面处局部内应力过大,在瓷柱内部结构突变处应力集中引起绝缘子断裂,并对改进绝缘子胶装工艺提出了建议。
An experimental analysis of the cause of failure of porcelain insulators of a switch on a 10 kV line was carried out. It was found that the cause of the failure was poor insulation of the insulator, which caused moisture to enter the interior of the adhesive. When the ambient temperature dropped to zero, the moisture swelled and led to the adhesive. The internal stress at the mounting interface is too large, and the stress concentration at the abrupt change points of the internal structure of the porcelain column causes the insulator to break. Suggestions are also made on the improvement of the insulator assembly process.
