Research on Grid Development and Production Management Evaluation System of Grassroots Power Supply Enterprises Based on AHP

利用改进APH模型分析县级供电企业的数据特征,构建电网发展和生产经营评价指标体系,并对指标进行不同策略的标准化处理和权重计算。针对青海省31家县级供电公司开展实证研究,识别出31个县级供电企业的不同发展状态,找到薄弱环节,采取有效措施加以落实,验证了整个研究思路的可行性和评价体系的可适用性,为指导县级供电企业电网发展和生产经营提供有效支撑。

By using the improved APH model to analyze the data characteristics of the county power supply enterprises, the evaluation index system of power grid development and production management is constructed, and the standardization and weight calculation of different strategies are carried out. Aiming at 31 county-level power supply companies in Qinghai Province, an empirical study was conducted to identify the different development status of 31 county-level power supply companies, identify weak links, and take effective measures to implement them.
