摘要
传统机载计算机电源仅能满足28V直流或115V交流到+5V、±15V等电压的变换,而在一些特定应用场合有小功率5V转5V的隔离变换需求。本文通过对电源中驱动电路、功率转换电路、稳压电路等电路的设计以及结构设计、可靠性预计等工作,提出了一种满足机载计算机使用的小型化低压隔离电源。经试验验证,该电源具有很高的可靠性和通用性。
Traditional airborne computer power supply could only achieve the conversion of 28 VDC or 115 VAC to +5 V, ±15 V and other voltages. However, kind of isolated converter which is small power 5 V to 5 V is needed in some specific applications.Based on the design of drive circuit, power conversion circuit, voltage stabilizing circuit and structure design, reliability prediction, this paper presents a low voltage isolated converter which can meet the requirement of airborne computer. It is proved by experiments that the converter has the feature of high reliability and general use.
