创新创业文化环境是特定时空范围内人在创新创业活动中所形成的一切物质和精神要素的综合,在转变行为人认知的基础上逐步形成主动创新创业意识,为创新创业活动提供物质保障。本文在界定创新创业文化环境内涵特征的基础上,分析其对创新创业意识和行为的影响,并通过构建测评维度体系,推动创新创业文化环境建设并扩大其影响力。

The cultural environment of innovation and entrepreneurship is the synthesis of all the material and spiritual elements that are formed in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship within a specific space and time.It gradually changes the cognition of people,promotes the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,and provides material support for innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on confining the connotation and characteristics of the cultural environment of innovation and entrepreneurship,the paper analyzes their influence on the awareness and behaviors of innovation and entrepreneurship,and constructs evaluation dimension system to promote the construction of the cultural environment of innovation and entrepreneurship and enlarge their influence.
