摘要
本文研究了农业生产大国巴西采用农业信贷票据(CPR)工具的背景与优势,并结合我国实际建议借鉴其相关经验开展新型涉农融资工具试点工作,以更好地支持农牧业绿色、健康、持续发展。
The paper makes a targeted study on the background and advantages of using ＂ CPR＂ tool in Brazil which is an agricultural producing country,and puts forward some suggestions to learn from other countries＇ experience to carry out the pilot of new-type agriculture-related financing tools so as to support a green,healthy and sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry in China according to China＇ s reality.
